Land Sovereignty – Emancipation of the Land from the Demesne of the Crown

When I received my spirit name and white eagle feather from the nehewin elder in Treaty 6 territory, the elder shared some profound words with me that night. He told me that I AM the land! That hit me hard and the implications of that simple statement has influenced my work ever since. While I acknowledge that I was working on challenging the Crown on it’s claims over the land, this one statement from an elder shifted my approach significantly.

I started exploring removing land from the demesne of the Crown back in 2020, a few months after I left the land due to my marriage falling apart. I knew that without a person I would not be able to buy land and there is no way I wanted to rent. All of those options were for the feudal serfs, so I had to find another way to support myself. That could only be done by returning to the land. However, I also needed the support of a tribe to do this work. It was also critical that the tribe comprehended and supported that work too. Through the invitation of a dear friend in Ontario, I received that support. After a season of healing, I stood ready to return to the land to restore my own sovereignty and the only way to do that was to free the land as well.

If the elder is correct and I AM the land, then I cannot be free and sovereign until the land is free and sovereign. The Crown’s claim on the land had to be confronted and challenged. In this post I will outline the basic strategy that I took to accomplish this and I will share the details on the private side of this site.

Who AM I?

I invested the last 20+ years trying to answer this question and even wrote the book “Graduating Life with Honours” about the journey too. You can download and read the book from this site. I cannot express enough how important it is that I figure out this question, but more importantly who I am NOT. This is where most people get hung up on comprehending or applying what I speak about in my work. Lots of people are figuring out that they are spiritual beings having a physical experience, but they still hold onto their fictional constructs and function as a feudal serf for reasons to numerous to share here. I believe in my heart, mind, body and spirit that this work requires that we emancipate ourselves from the Crown in order to walk this path. Doing this work while still a feudal serf only results in significant problems.

Know thyself, but also take action on what is known. I emancipated myself from the Crown in April 2008. I celebrated my 16th independence day a few months ago and it is only fitting that this celebration culminate in efforts to emancipate the land. I did this work standing as a Spiritual being in spiritual jurisdiction rather than a man standing as a citizen, slave and feudal serf. I’ve written at length how I did this, but it does require a foundational shift in thought, belief and action!

Burden rests with those who are making the claims

I’ve also written about how important it is to be peaceful. When I emancipated myself in 2008, the key action I took was to walk off the battle field and declare peace. That also required that I maintain the peace at all times. To do that I found a passage in scripture that helps me do that.

Agree with thine adversary quickly, whiles thou art in the way with him; lest at any time the adversary deliver thee to the judge, and the judge deliver thee to the officer, and thou be cast into prison. – Matthew 5:25

If I’m always agreeing with people, then there is no fight, no battle. But how do I do that and maintain my own boundaries and confront wickedness? The good news is that in “their” system, the one making the claims is the one that has the burden of proof. So I agree with their claims, but then I put a condition on that agreement. If they can prove their claims, then I will agree AND I provide the burden of proof that needs to be met. This is where research, knowledge and wisdom is applied. Because I’ve spent the last 17 years researching and studying their system, I know what they can or cannot do. So I agree with them and then ask them to prove their claims while outlining the burden. Every time I’ve done this I’ve found instances where they violated statutes, regulations and even violated spiritual law as well. The only reason they get away with what they do is because people like you and I don’t know any different. But when we educate ourselves, we can stand up and testify to what we are witnessing. That is our duty, so I fulfill that duty through conditional acceptance of their claims. I’ve used this approach for years.

Demesne created through genocide, war and lies

Knowing that the Crown came to Turtle Island with the authority to conquer land granted to them by the Pope is an important first step. Studying the Doctrine of Discovery will bring some important points to testify against within the conditional acceptance. It is also important to study the treaties, not only the written versions made by the Crown but also the spoken versions shared by the nations of Turtle Island. There is a huge disparity between the two and it is the dishonour of the Crown that violated those treaties. This all ripples down into more and more detail as the land patents that were issued by the Crown to certify the legitimacy of the title over the land ends up being a fraud as a result of the Crown dishonouring the treaties. If the land patents are not legitimate, then any Fee Simple Tenures that people hold for their private land are also illegitimate, but also the claims the Crown has over “Crown Land”. Their violence, dishonour, greed, lies and deceit are their undoing. All that is required is for us to stand up and confront them on it all.

As a result, I’ve studied history, treaties and also the individuals who negotiated the treaties. Those individuals were all paid bonuses for getting the treaties signed, also had conflict of interest as they profited from the process, lied, cheated and manipulated their way through this whole process. They did not maintain the honour of the Crown and engaged in genocide to meet their objectives. While it may have been viewed as appropriate at the time, it is time to right the wrongs and confront the whole system as it is based on a foundation of wickedness. All individuals who represent the Crown in their duties are subject to this level of scrutiny. It is up to each of us to apply that scrutiny. This is done by placing the burden on each of them to prove that they can actually act in dishonour, engage in genocide, lie, cheat, manipulate, steal or engage in actions and behaviours that violate Natural Law; The Law of Love!

Decolonization

The Crown has engaged in colonization for over a thousand years. My ancestors were some of the first to be colonized and is the reason why the colonial system looks ‘white’. But the colonial system is not a color, race or creed, it is an idea, philosophy and a system of control, greed and power, all designed to harvest souls. We are at the stage now where souls are starting to be harvested. The time is now to decolonize ourselves so that we can confront the wickedness that is taking over this world.

The decolonization process is more than removing ourselves from the system. Decolonization requires a foundational shift in thinking, behaving and believing. The colonization process was brutal and violent. The white tribes don’t remember what happened to our ancestors when we were colonized. But the red tribes do remember and it is wise for us to take note of what happened to them over the past few hundred years and acknowledge that this happened to our ancestors too. The multi-generational trauma runs deep and there is a tremendous amount of healing required to decolonize. It changes EVERYTHING!!! I’ve been on this journey for nearly two decades and I’m still healing and decolonizing. I trust the younger generations will have a quicker and easier time of this, but for me it has been a brutal journey that will most likely span the rest of my life.

Why is this so important? Because I’ve found over the years, over and over again, people wanting to leave the system but implement rules and regulations to create a new system – one that functions exactly like the system they just left. If we don’t decolonize we end up getting stuck in a cycle and is the reason why revolution after revolution does not solve the problem. It is because we keep recreating the same systems, surrender our sovereignty to that system and enslaving ourselves. Decolonization requires that we heal so that we can hold the charge of being sovereign, independent and free. It feels like there is no safety and security in doing that, but I’m finding it is more safe and secure than being a citizen, subject, member of a society, etc. There is no documents, paperwork or identification when we decolonize. There is no constitution, rules, regulations, etc when we emancipate ourselves. So how do we navigate relationships, conflict or other challenges? That is what this school is all about, to explore those questions and figure it out through exploration of relationships, love, healing and ceremony.

Land Sovereignty Ceremony

Last summer I located some Crown land and went out, found a location to establish my home fire and built my medicine wheel. Details of that have been shared already on this site. I started a garden and this spring I expanded it even further. Work started on my underground shelter and I’ve continued that work this season as well. In June 2022 I sent out my first letter to the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, Governor General of Canada, Prime Minister and others. In it I conditionally accepted their claim over the land and asked them to prove their claims in order for the conditions to be removed. I gave them 10 days to respond. After a few weeks I was not in receipt of any response, let alone a valid response from them. I then sent out a notice of default along with a list of facts. I gave them another 10 days to respond and if they failed to respond, then they would be agreeing through tacit acceptance to the facts listed in the notice of default.

I did not receive any response or valid response from them. At this point many people would then send out a default judgement, but I decided to take a very different approach. Instead I sent out an invitation to participate in ceremony. I setup two ceremonies, the first at the full moon in July and the second during the new moon in July. The first full moon ceremony was to focus on forgiveness, reconciliation and shedding of the old. The second ceremony would focus on bringing in the new, acknowledgement of the sovereignty of the land, our relationship with her and our duty to provide and protect her. The invitations when out and nobody from the Crown showed up to participate, receive forgiveness, healing, etc. The tribe here did participate and through these efforts, I find myself standing as a member of the White Tribes working to decolonize, reconcile our relationship with the land and present ourselves in proper standing within Spiritual Jurisdiction. I feel confident now that I can accept invitations from the Red Tribes to participate in lodge and continue the reconciliation process between our two tribes.

There is now 78 acres of land that is sovereign. This little piece of heaven is called Silent Dancer and I make no claims of ownership over her. I AM a part of her and she is a part of me. My kin, the plants, animals, soil, water and air are a part of the land as I AM. They all help provide for my needs; water, food, shelter and hopefully over time, clothing. My duty is to be a steward, to protect her and help ALL my kin to not only survive but thrive. I own nothing. I make no claims of ownership. My sovereignty is a part of her sovereignty. Now comes the process of continuing the decolonization process to figure out what life is like from this paradigm. Living life in this way is VERY different than the colonial way. The shift between the two is massive. In my experience few will be able to make the shift. But it is important that people do as I believe this is our own spiritual salvation from the system. The colonial system is the system of the beast! It is not broken. It is functioning exactly as designed. It is harvesting souls now and we need to return to our nature or face the harvest. This requires physical, emotional, mental and spiritual healing, growth, learning and remembering. This is challenging work. I’ve seen many attempt but few succeed. Why? Perhaps something to discuss in another post.

Next Steps

The details of this journey will be shared in the private side of the website. Lots to discuss but also lots that have already been shared. What I will cover is not new, but will be shared in a way to help people see the step by step process that I took. So far the Crown is leaving me alone and that is all that I want from them. If they show up, I will share updates. It is my experience that they will leave me alone because I’m doing this all from a higher authority and jurisdiction than where they function from. It is my dream to establish islands of sovereign land so that people have a place to establish their own kin domains so that people can return to the land and find peace, sovereignty, prosperity and love. This is how we bring Heaven to Earth and starve the beast at the same time. The beast can only thrive when we feed it. We stop feeding it, it will wither away and die. We don’t have to fight it, go to war or anything like that. We end the war by walking off the battle field and stop participating in the conflict. We end the war by declaring peace!

Follow up message from tawahcâw tawatinaw

With the resignation of the Governor General of Canada yesterday, coal leases along the headwaters of the Rocky Mountains in Alberta and a whole bunch of other issues, it was time to confront the Premier and Lieutenant Governor of Alberta on their violence and corruption.

But more importantly, the letter is also an invitation to redeem themselves, reconcile their relationships and bring peace to this land through freedom, respect, honour, love and the highest level of morality and ethics. This is a continuation of the ceremony that started back in October and I will continue to hold as I move forward to return to the land and build a relationship with tawahcâw tawatinaw.

On that note, I read a book that really helped me work on my relationship with myself and the feminine energy in my life. It was a recent gift from a dear friend and sister! Much love and respect for her. Thank you.

Intimate Communion: Awakening your Sexual Essence by David Deida

I share this book because tawahcâw tawatinaw is a powerful feminine energy and I find myself preparing to fully surrender to her energy. It scares me, but yet I also am finding some renewed comfort and love as a result. This book actually helped me with this journey that I’m on, so I recommend it for anyone looking to explore their relationship between the masculine and feminine. I have an interesting exercise for Sacred Heart Circle tomorrow. Hopefully we all can explore these masculine and feminine energies to help facilitate further growth and surrender.

Peaceful approach to Forced Vaccinations

We spent some time working on this within the Decolonization class a few months back and given how things are unfolding around us, I felt it prudent to share what we worked on as a group, especially considering governments around the world are moving towards forcing vaccinations. I want to commend David and Mel on their work as well, as it was their document that we were working on in class and is attached here for you to learn from.

Before getting into the document, it is critical that we comprehend the spirit and energy behind it. The first paragraph of the letter is the most important as we make it clear that we are not a person or a corporation sole. Please ready my book to get a sold comprehension on what this actually means. As a result, we stand in our spiritual sovereignty which demands that we not go to war. That is why we agree with our adversary (Matthew 5:25). However, we also get to place the burden of proof on those making claims against us, so with knowledge of their system and the box they are to function, we can confront the ethics and morality of their behaviour and then place a burden so high, that it is impossible for them to obtain our consent.

What this does is it confronts them peacefully about their own violence, fraud and even corruption, making it difficult for them to justify their actions. David and Mel agreed to share this document and I cleaned it up a bit to post here. However, I must add that this is for you to learn from, not copy. This document reflects the energy and spirit of those who participated in it’s development and does not reflect your energy and spirit. You are welcome to learn from it, but please don’t copy it. Do your work. Study, explore and reflect deeply within your heart on how you would express your own spiritual authority and not go to war in the process.

I know this sounds counter intuitive, but we protect ourselves by agreeing with them, not by going to war or fighting them. This is the foundation of the Pacem Arts and when we learn how to confront peacefully, we can change our world. Like I’ve said before, I’ve used this technique for over ten years against CPS, Banks, County, Utilities, etc with astounding success. It is this experience and knowledge that I share with you in class.

Also note that it will require knowledge and courage to stand up to tyranny. By attending classes, working with the group and attending circles, we can start building the self confidence, awareness and knowledge required to stand in our own sacred authority and power.

Letter to Dr. Henshaw, Premier Kenny regarding pandemic protocols in Alberta

Dear Dr. Deena Hinshaw, Premier Kenny, Minister LaGrange & Minister Shandro:

I wave my right to be represented as a person. I owe no service or allegiance as I am not a serf, citizen or a subject of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, The Queen in Right of Alberta or The Queen in Right of Canada. Instead, I AM that I AM and I write to you as a spiritual ambassador as my master is Creator of the Heavens and the Earth. My expression today is out of love, compassion, empathy and peace as I have deep concerns with the protocols and approach that I have witnessed over the past months and years.

As you all know, the duty of the government is to govern the ‘public’ and balance that with the rights of citizens, their privacy and sovereignty over their bodies and homes. Some of you even swore an oath and are governed by a code of ethics and professional conduct, which I question whether you are upholding it or not. When I reflect on the protocols that you are all proposing people use to return to work, educate their children, reconnect with loved ones and end the social distancing imposed by this government, I find myself deeply concerned and troubled by what I find, especially the protocols for children when they return to school. Those protocols are abusive to children and completely disregard the foundational needs that they and everyone else has: touch, social interaction & love.

This government has also passed legislation that violates the very principles of the Charter of Rights and Freedoms, but also the foundational spiritual principles of love, compassion, empathy, peace and prosperity for all, reflecting a questionable moral and ethical foundation for decision making. I suspect others will challenge you all on the legal aspects, so I will instead address the moral and ethical issues that I see.

Let us not forget that we are spiritual beings of love. We were created in the image of God (Gen 1:27) and God is Love (1 John 4:16). We are love and we need love in order to survive and thrive on this planet. It is so important to us that it even superceids nourishment in regards to importance and foundational structures of life. I draw your attention to Harry Harlow’s experiment on infant monkeys In the 1960’s, experiments on new born babies performed by German King Frederick II performed in the 13th Century, experiments on new born babies performed in 1944 in the US as well as experiments performed on children in Residential Schools for decades here in Canada.

We literally cannot survive without touch, love, compassion and social interaction. Love is the foundation of Spirit and our capacity to live here. While it may not be a consideration within your political, medical or scientific protocols, it is indeed the foundation of life and must never be compromised in anything that we do, EVER! Babies literally wither away and die without touch, love, snuggles, encouraging words from loved ones, etc. Our youth manifest aggression, frustration, autistic type tendencies and other behaviours as a result of a lack of touch, whether that be from other students, family, friends or mentors.

What you are currently proposing for school protocols is nothing short of child abuse.

People literally thrive in an environment of love and this must never be ignored or downplayed, even in the midst of a ‘pandemic’, whether real or contrived. “Anything that promotes feelings of love and intimacy is healing; anything that promotes isolation, separation, loneliness, loss, hostility, anger, cynicism, depression, alienation, and related feelings often leads to suffering, disease, and premature death from all causes” (Dean Ornish, Love and Survival, p. 29).

You have no right to harm one group of people in order to protect another group. Your duty is to protect the PUBLIC from harm and the moment you deviate from that duty, or focus on a segment of the public, you violate your oath and mandate. Let us not forget, the public is an inherently dangerous place and each individual has a duty to protect themselves when entering the public and ensure they do no harm when there. This is where your duty rests, to help each individual to take personal responsibility for themselves and mitigate risk to others when in public. That is all! You have no mandate to do harm to people should they enter the public, period. Your job is to protect the vulnerable, all the vulnerable and not to do harm to them. Anything else is discrimination, much like what has been done to the Indigenous and other people of color! You cannot harm one group of vulnerable people in order to protect another. This requires a level of creativity measured against compassion, empathy and love in order to find solutions to problems. Violence, coercion, threats and other state tools are not love and in fact violate spirit in every way!

Social distancing is a medical procedure and must be governed as such using informed consent!

I question the motivation for declaring the pandemic emergency a few months ago. I question the numbers that came out of this ‘pandemic’. I question the bills that were passed that infringe on the Charter and violate the moral & ethical foundations of love. I question the protocols that are being proposed to get people back to work, addressing the food issues that manifested or how dependent on the state that people have become.

Your mandate should be to teach people how to be completely independent, self-governing, how to mitigate risk, connect with Mother Earth and walk the path of peace. That cannot happen while you all are dictating how people should live, interact or engage with the public or the government. You all know what YOUR courts say about ‘informed consent’ and especially when it comes to medical procedures. How many people getting tested or treated through this state of emergency are receiving unredacted, full disclosure prior to being swabbed or engaging with the medical system? How many people are informed that they can refuse a medical procedure at any time? Has anybody contemplated that social distancing is a medical procedure and should also fall under the protocol of ‘informed consent’? Now that the public health emergency is over, how do you propose to justify the continued protocols for medical procedures against an uninformed public? How do you justify continuing these medical procedures without giving people ALL the information so that they can make an informed choice or inform them that they can say no at any time? How do you justify using implied consent and ignorance against the people? How do you justify harming people in the process?

ALL life is sacred. Death is also sacred. I’ve seen reports of people dying all by themselves, which is the most appalling and morally corrupt manifesting of your protocols throughout this ’emergency’. I rebuke you all on your violence. Make no mistake about it, the state can only accomplish things as a result of authority backed by violence and coercion. I implore you to contemplate peace and love as an alternative. It may be harder, but the spiritual implications are profound. The human species has drifted away from love and peace as most people embrace war, authority and violence in order to control others and dictate the social narrative of life.

It is time that we make the effort to heal our hearts so that we can learn how to love, be compassionate and empathize with ALL of our brothers and sisters. It is time to end the discrimination that dictates policy and walk away from the desire to dictate how others should live. Your actions during this pandemic has scared people beyond belief and the covert & overt violence that is unfolding is a manifestation of your policies.

Love demands that we heal ourselves and hold space for others to do the same. Love does not use force, coercion or use authority over others. Love teaches, peacefully confronts, supports one another, engages with empathy, patience, compassion and forgiveness. I forgive you for the approach you all took during this event. That does not negate your responsibility and duty! I ask that you look within your heart, ask yourself the tough questions and explore the moral and ethical foundations of the decisions you are currently making.

While the needs of the many outweigh the needs of the one, the needs of the one also outweighs the needs of the many. Both are valid and a balance must be found. This whole pandemic approach has failed miserably to find that balance. Fear has gripped control over love, compassion and empathy. We must never allow that to happen. I pray to the Creator to soften your hearts so that you can allow love to help you make balanced, loving decisions within your mandates, but also within your own personal lives.

We are at a turning point in our lives where we are all being confronted with how we behave and interact with one another. We can choose war, violence, authority, greed and state governance or we can choose peace, love, freedom, self-governance, healing, compassion and empathy. The choice is up to each individual and I hope you find within yourselves the capacity to reflect on the outcomes of each and every decision you make or fail to make. The vast majority of people are completely dependent upon you and seem to support your governance of them. As such, you are responsible until they find within themselves to accept personal responsibility and accountability for their own lives. Until then, your duty is to hold space to teach them how to do that. You are NOT supposed to encourage dependency, but rather independence within the feudal serfs that you govern. I ask that you govern yourselves accordingly with peace and love.

Witnessing Fraud, Treason and Genocide

I came back from my trip this week and despite how difficult it was, I am forever grateful! I was supposed to go to Loon Lake for a ceremony, but only managed to get to English Bay Treaty grounds where I met a Dene Clan Grandmother & elder by the name of Nancy. She is in her early 80’s, frail but her spirit is strong, sharp and on fire! The Great Spirit had other plans for us as our efforts to work on the Peace Conference was put aside while other more important matters were presented. I present a document that Nancy gave me and here is her story:

Nancy told me that the Queen considers her and her people as brothers and sisters, that there was a change in relationship that few people are aware of. She knew this to be true, and she spent years looking for the proof. She even spent time digging through archives in New York looking and one day she found it. A scroll written by Queen Victoria to the ‘New King of Canada’, aka the indigenous peoples of Turtle Island. At that point, she gave me a copy of the letter and I will enclose it here for you all to go over.

The significance of this letter cannot be understated and I will study it further. However, her story of what happened to that letter underlines treason, fraud and genocide. I am working with a dear friend regarding the municipality moving forward with a tax auction for the land she stewards. When we finish that process I will share those letters, but I want to share the letter I wrote using this new information to help her and others with their land issues. This is something worthy of discussing in Decolonization class. Note: To date, we have received no response from anybody.

Representatives of Queen Elizabeth II, I am writing to you today in regards to a matter that was brought to my attention a few weeks ago regarding land!

I write to you as an ally of the King Chiefs of Canada, Queen clan mothers and all my Red Tribe brothers and sisters, the true nations that govern this land under Spiritual and Natural law, protected by treaty. I removed myself from your feudal domain over twelve years ago, I owe no service or tenure to you or your Queen. In fact, I declared peace and welcomed your Queen as my sister, expressing love to her. I call upon my ancestors de Quercy, Turtle Island and others across Europe as I stand to reclaim my traditional and ancestral standing through the ancient customs of my ancestral White Tribes.

I have been invited as a brother by the nehewin King Chief, dene & nehewin Queen clan mothers, and many of my Red Tribe brothers and sisters across this land. They gifted me, through sacred ceremony, a white eagle feather and the spirit name of White Walking Feather. They welcome me into their homes to break bread in friendship and peace, into their sweats and sacred ceremonies and I do the same for them. I am an Eagle Feather holder, ally and sovereign brother and sister to them, who are also sovereign. Your Queen’s ancestor, Queen Victoria, made a bargain with the Red Tribes of Turtle Island (Canada) that binds you and your Queen today. She made a nation to nation agreement bound by the international law of sovereigns.

The Two Row Wampum belt treaty and Royal Proclamation of 1763 are a few important agreements, but the Bargain, the year 1665 comes the year 1835, is of particular concern. This agreement was hidden from the King Chief of Canada (Red Tribes). It was intercepted by your predecessors, agents, servants and / or ministers when Queen Victoria sent the King Chief of Canada the sealed document. It was hidden in the archives in New York for over 170+ years. Nancy, a Dene clan mother, found that document and petitioned for it to be delivered as originally intended. After years of work, it was finally delivered to her, with the Queen’s seal ripped off. Your predecessors are complicit by allowing or participating in the conspiracy to intercept and hide that Bargain. The Queens mail was stolen, the seal tampered with, and those individuals went to great lengths to hide the document. These actions are grounds for treason against the Queen and at that time was punishable by death. Those that perpetuate the fraud and treason today, whether they are aware of it or not, are also guilty of treason and fraud as they are complicit in perpetuating the original act.

This land has not been ceded. You and your predecessors have engaged in genocide against your Queen’s brothers and sisters, which is a direct attack against the Queen and her family. You have lied to them, tricked them and impoverished them into perpetual poverty. These are serious crimes against your sovereign that have been proven over and over again in your own courts.

The sovereign queen that currently stewards the land in question works hard to honour the land, her Red Tribe brothers and sisters, the Two Row Wampum belt treaty as well as revive her ancestral tribal customs, traditions and ceremony. She too is an ally of our Red Tribe brothers and sisters and an ally to myself, making her a sister and family to your Queen. Your actions against the land is a direct attack against your sovereign and her family.

The Bargain of 1835 stipulated that the Red Tribes were to make the townships, not you or your predecessors. I attach a copy of the Bargain and I call upon you all to put yourself back into honour and peace. Remove this land from the demesne of the Queen in Right of Alberta and / or the Queen in Right of Canada, acknowledge the true Kings and Queens of this land, honour the agreements that your Queen is bound to honour. Declare peace, cease and desist your claims against land that is not yours, restore honour to the Queen by fulfilling the agreements that were made.

The Queen Clan Mothers have had enough of your violence, genocide and war, as have I. I stand beside them as an ally and a witness to your actions as you are all trying to invalidate the Bargain by ensuring there is no “Indian in the country” and that there is no longer “water in the lakes and run in the rivers and Creeks, and the green grass grows”. We will not permit that to happen. I stand as a witness to your genocide, treason, fraud, violence and war. Your sovereign commanded you to bring peace. I welcome and encourage peace and your withdrawal from this land and return it to being governed by the Clan Mothers, sisters of your sovereign, is a condition of that peace. It is time to cease and desist and acknowledge the true nations of this land! If you cannot find it within your hearts to do what is right, I know Nancy would be more than happy to come down and read the Bargain to you in her native tongue of Dene.

I also put you all on notice: I stand as a witness to your treason, fraud and genocide. I will testify every chance I get, for as long as you engage in treason, fraud and crimes against humanity, for as long as my vessel breaths air and for as long as the Red Tribes walk upon this land, the water flows, sun shines and green grass grows. I stand as an ally and Headman for my ancient ancestral tribes.
